This machine is developed for making pallets with the outer husk of coconut that is rich in natural fiber. The coconut palm grows throughout the tropic regions on the earth. In 2019, the world production of coconuts was 62 million tons, led by Indonesia, the Philippines, and India. The coconut husks can be further used by humans and bring significant economic and environmental values with this machine by making them into bio-based pallets.
Simply after the process of cutting, drying, and mixing with glue, the coconut husks would turn into profitable presswood pallets through this machine.
